Sloppy Buns is a Los Angeles–based pop-up taking classic American comfort food to the next level. What started in a garage making sloppy joes the way we grew up eating them—simple, messy, and straight to the point—has grown into a menu built around quality ingredients and crave-worthy flavor.

Our signature sandwich, the Sloppy Bun, is our elevated take on the classic Sloppy Joe: rich Wagyu beef with melted American cheese on buttered, toasted buns, finished with freshly diced white onions and dill relish. The sloppy joe has always been the core. It’s a no-frills American classic that doesn’t pretend to be fancy—and that’s exactly why we love it.

Beyond the Sloppy Bun, we serve Wagyu smashburgers, loaded fries and tater tots fried in 100% beef tallow for an extra-crispy, flavorful bite, and a lineup of house-made sauces including sloppy sauce, spicy ketchup, and BBQ honey mustard. One of our most popular items, the Big Joe, combines our Wagyu smashburger with a Sloppy Joe—bringing together the best of both worlds.

To finish things off, we serve homemade desserts like creamy banana pudding made with fresh bananas and layers of crunchy Nilla wafers, along with freshly baked banana bread. From burgers to desserts, everything we serve is rooted in nostalgia and done with passion. Sloppy Joes are back...
